The environmental protection facilities for the ceramic riser expansion project of Dongying Xinkexin Special Ceramics Co., Ltd. were completed on June 15, 2020. In accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects" (Order of the State Council  No. 682) and the "Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects" (Guo Huan Gui Huan Ping  No. 4), the completion date of the environmental protection facilities for this project is now made public to the public, and our company will actively carry out the environmental protection acceptance upon completion of the construction project in accordance with the law.

The ceramic riser expansion project of Dongying Xinkexin Tetao Co., Ltd. is located in the existing plant area of Dongying Xinkexin Tetao Co., Ltd. to the west of Haihe South Road in Shandong Hekou Economic Development Zone and to the north of Minghe Road. The central point coordinates are 118 ° 31'42.56 "east longitude and 37 ° 51'10.10" north latitude. The project is a ceramic riser expansion project, which uses raw and auxiliary materials such as aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, zirconia, silicon carbide, etc., and adds 2 furnaces One cold isostatic pressing machine and two lathes, with an annual output of 2500 ceramic riser tubes (including 1000 ceramic riser tubes for cold isostatic pressing process and 1500 ceramic riser tubes for fermentation process). The actual total investment of the project is 1 million yuan, including 150000 yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 15% of the total investment.
Production and discharge of pollutants in the construction project, construction of environmental protection facilities, and implementation standards:
Wastewater: There is no production wastewater in this project, and no new labor quota or domestic sewage will be added.
Waste gas: the waste gas of this project is the waste gas generated from lathe grinding and spray drying tower drying process.
The waste gas from the lathe is collected by the gas collecting hood and treated by the bag type dust collector. The waste gas from the spray drying tower is treated by the "cyclone+bag type" dust collector. The treated waste gas is discharged by an exhaust funnel with a height of 16m and an inner diameter of 0.25m. The particulate matter in the organized exhaust gas shall comply with the emission limit requirements of Table 2 "Key Control Areas" in the Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from the Building Materials Industry (DB37/2373-2018). The particulate matter in the unorganized exhaust gas shall comply with the requirements for the unorganized emission limit of "Building Materials Other than Cement" in Table 3 of the Emission Standard for Air Pollutants in the Building Materials Industry (DB37/2373-2018).
Noise: The project adopts reasonable selection and layout of equipment, room sound insulation, and other measures. The project boundary noise shall comply with the Class III standard specified in the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008) (55dB (A) at night and 65dB (A) at daytime).
Solid waste: The solid waste generated in this project mainly includes waste packaging bags, waste residues generated during product processing and mold production, and dust collected by bag filters. The waste packaging bags are temporarily stored in the general solid waste temporary storage room in the factory area and sold with the products; The waste materials and dust collected by the bag filter are temporarily stored in the factory area and reused for production. General solid waste shall comply with the "Standard for Pollution Control on Storage and Disposal Sites for General Industrial Solid Waste" (GB18599-2001) and its modification list (Ministry of Environmental Protection Announcement No. 36, 2013).
